Our Therapy Options

  • Teletherapy

Therapy is a great way to take care of yourself. It can help to improve relationships and coping skills, better manage stress and anxieties, and promote a healthy sense of self. Finding the right counselor that matches your needs is also very important. What I can offer is a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their own lived experience; who they are, where they’ve been, and where they hope to move forward in life. Sometimes therapy can be goal oriented; maybe it’s a job change or grieving the loss of a loved one. Whatever it is, my job will be to collaborate with client interests while teaching tools and strategies that support emotional health and an overall sense of satisfaction with life.

Currently I am a graduate student working towards licensure in professional mental health counseling. My coursework and training includes trauma-informed care, lifestyle and career development, anxiety and depression, and inclusivity in all forms. I bring a client-centered approach with a holistic integration of mind, body, and spirit. At times a different approach may be necessary, and I am happy to streamline care with solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques.

Life can be both beautiful and challenging. There are times when we may need someone to help us get through the tough stuff. That should be normalized and respected. I believe that while we all have different life experiences and influences, we can work together to make meaning of it all according to your values and beliefs.
