Many of us weren’t provided with the love, support, or guidance that we needed to thrive. As a result, you may feel misunderstood, confused, lost, stuck in negative patterns, or overwhelmed. However, you aren’t meant to carry your struggles alone. I aim to offer a space where you can feel understood, valued, and safe enough to share, heal, and learn how to connect with yourself and others in healthier ways. With the right support, I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and heal. Within therapy, I show up as my authentic and imperfect self, continually growing alongside you.
I operate from an eclectic form of therapy, where I personally tailor and collaborate with you to meet your unique needs as an individual, couple, or family. I draw from Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systems Theory, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) with an emphasis on curiosity, wholeness, and balance.
As a client becoming a therapist, I can relate to how scary and difficult it can be to reach out for help. If you’re having doubts, take it from me, therapy can and does change lives. I commend you for taking your first steps by reading this. Whether it’s your first time trying therapy or you’ve tried it before, I encourage you to take another courageous step by reaching out.
