There are moments in life when the path forward feels unclear: when anxiety keeps you up at night, when you are experiencing loss, when painful patterns in relationships keep repeating, or when a major transition leaves you feeling unmoored. There may also be a pull toward something more meaningful or enlivening in your life. I provide therapy for individuals who are curious about their inner worlds and what makes them tick. I believe that the potential for lasting change lives within each of us, and that some of our most meaningful shifts begin in our hardest moments.

Together, we can explore your unique story with curiosity and care. My client-centered approach is attachment-based and depth-oriented, attending not just to the surface but to the deeper patterns shaping how you move through the world. I may also invite dreams or creative expression as tools for exploration. I followed my heart on an indirect path to this work, and I bring to it a deep respect for each clients personal journey.

I’m currently a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Fox University and volunteer as a grief facilitator for children at The Dougy Center. I’d be honored to hear what’s feeling hard right now, and what makes you uniquely you.
