My name is Brent and I am a counseling intern here at Still Waters working with individuals and couples. If you are someone who feels overwhelmed, lost, or stuck\u2014someone who\u2019s been carrying pain for too long and is ready to explore it then I am eager to help. You may be facing depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, spiritual questions, health challenges, substance use, psychosis, or difficult relationships with others or yourself. I want to help you feel more grounded, seen, and whole. No matter your background or the size of your struggle, I\u2019ll meet you where you are with compassion and curiosity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I draw from existential therapy, parts work, and somatic awareness to support your healing. I can help by listening with intention and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. I believe our bodies hold the resources needed for healing and that we can learn how to utilize that innate power. My nursing background in inpatient psych helps me stay present with intense emotions and complex trauma and I know that no matter your past experiences, it is possible to start to recover from those wounds. I\u2019ll show up fully every session and together\u00a0 we can continue to build your resilience and look to create a path through life that honors your values.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You don\u2019t have to go through this alone. I understand what it means to hurt and still hope for something better. Whether your pain feels small or immense, I want to walk beside you.
