Often, people who experience trauma develop Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)<\/a>, and if they have multiple traumas, they might develop a complex PTSD (C-PTSD) diagnosis. PTSD can cause symptoms of anxiety and depression<\/a>, panic attacks, sleep disturbance, nightmares, flashbacks, numbness and avoidance of people\/places\/things that remind you of the event(s).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
