Identify what truly matters each day and let go of the rest. Not everything needs to be done perfectly \u2014 or even today. Create simple rituals that ground your family in connection: a nightly check-in, screen-free dinners, or weekend walks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Communication is key. Make space for everyone to express how they\u2019re feeling, including yourself. When stress runs high, shift the focus from problems to empathy.
