Hello, I am Registered Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists #R8709 offering virtual and in-person sessions to couples and individuals. I received my Masters in Applied Psychological Sciences from Pacific University.
The zeal and intensity I bring to navigate your narrative originates from a background in athletics and awe for human perception. While I work with adolescents and adults of various backgrounds, ages and presenting concerns I am predominantly focused on the stories involving impulsivity, people-pleasing, and deep attachment wounds.
I approach therapy primarily from a psychodynamic and person-centered perspective to employ an emphasis on schematic and relational work. Other modalities are utilized as deemed appropriate to tailor an experience suited for your needs.
