Hey there, I’m Dr Katherine, an Oregon licensed naturopathic doctor specializing in mental health. I’ve been in the integrative health space since around 2011, when I studied and practiced clinical herbal medicine, obtaining my Master of Science in Herbal Medicine from Tai Sophia Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health). In 2019 I completed my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine, including two years of interprofessional mental-health focused internship.
Now, my private practice is focused on helping adults who are experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADD/ADHD, insomnia and sleep difficulties, and medical trauma.
I’m here to collaborate with you. My job is to bring my expertise and a wide array of treatment options: medication, nutrition, supplements, herbal medicines, homeopathy, hydrotherapy… I’m also passionate about education — I want you to understand not only the available options, but why it is that your body and mind are showing up as they are.
While I do have expertise about physiology and treatment, you are the expert in you. You know what you need, what will or won’t work for your lifestyle.
My goal for our work together is that you have resolution to your symptoms, and that, along the way, you feel safe, seen, and heard. It’s my honor to be part of your healthcare team!
