I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Supervisor Candidate in the State of Oregon. I graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Today, I specialize in supporting adult clients in strengthening self-esteem and developing effective coping strategies for depression, anxiety, OCD, and ADHD symptoms. I also work with individuals navigating domestic violence and relationship challenges. In addition, I am trained in Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), an evidence-based approach used to support individuals living with Bipolar Disorder. Lastly, I am a member of our agency’s assessment team, where I conduct adult ADHD and OCD assessments.
I primarily utilize techniques grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Transpersonal Therapy. My approach is fundamentally person-centered, allowing me to tailor therapeutic interventions by integrating evidence-based modalities that best align with each client’s individual needs and goals.
Taking the first step toward a new journey can feel intimidating, but I am here to support and guide you throughout the process. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
