I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. I graduated from Pacific University with a master’s degree in Applied Psychological Science. I provide in-person and virtual client-centered therapy. 

I see clients with a range of challenges with an interest in helping those with anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, relationship conflicts and life transitions. My approach to treatment is person-centered which incorporates theories that meet the client’s needs with an emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Solution Focused therapy and EMDR.

I believe in providing a safe supportive space for you to process your emotions and experiences without judgment. My goal is for you to feel heard and understood. Everyone has unique strengths and together we can identify those strengths and learn how to utilize them to reach your goals. I will work alongside you to increase your self-acceptance, awareness, and ability to self-reflect.
