Being seen, heard and understood are often pivotal experiences in a person’s life. This can be remarkably true for children and adolescents, impacting both their functioning and their development.

As a clinician, I channel my passion into understanding clients on a deeper level, adapting my interventions and therapeutic techniques to each individual’s needs. My approach to therapy is primarily person-centered and integrative in technique, meaning that I borrow from a variety of evidence-based practices, including but not limited to: ACT, CBT, Play Therapy and Family Systems.

During my time as a graduate student in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Mercer University, I gained pertinent knowledge through my studies and clinical experience. I now hold an Associate License in the state of Oregon and I am working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I look forward to being a safe and supportive space for you or your loved one!
