We all take on many duties, challenges, and sometimes trauma in life, and these experiences can feel demanding or even overwhelming. I want to acknowledge the weight of that pressure and applaud your courage in seeking a space to feel understood and seen. Shaped by my own life experiences, I approach therapy with the belief that everyone has the ability to heal, and my role is to support and encourage you on that journey.

I am currently in my final year of earning a Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy at George Fox University. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, and I am committed to supporting BIPOC clients and members of diverse communities. I enjoy helping people deepen their self-understanding, grow more comfortable in their own skin, strengthen relationships, and overcome challenges.

My work is grounded in a Client-Centered approach, where I strive to be empathetic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative—creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard,
accepted, and empowered. I also integrate trauma-informed care through Play Therapy with children, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Relational and Family
Systems Theory with teens, couples, families, and adults. Together, we will explore what best supports you and your treatment goals, walking the path as a team so you never feel alone in the process.
