Hi, I’m Reagan. I’m a therapist who works with adolescents, teens, young adults, couples, and families navigating life’s messier chapters — big transitions, complicated relationships, and the kind of trauma that doesn’t just “go away” on its own. If you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t work, if you’ve been mislabeled, or if you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” — you’re exactly who I love working with.

I draw from trauma-informed methods like DBT and TF-CBT, and also integrate strength-based, attachment-focused, narrative, internal family systems, humanistic, and existential approaches. My work carries an anti-system, client-centered lens — meaning I see you as a whole person, not a label. For couples, I help untangle conflict and rebuild connection.

At the end of the day, I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale and be your true self, a place where you don’t have to edit yourself or explain why you feel the way you do. We’ll figure it out together. If you’re looking for support that’s honest, collaborative, and maybe even a little hopeful, I’d love to meet you.
