Hey there, I’m Dr Katherine, an Oregon licensed naturopathic doctor specializing in mental health. I’ve been in the integrative health space since around 2011, when I studied and practiced clinical herbal medicine, obtaining my Master of Science in Herbal Medicine from Tai Sophia Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health). In 2019 I completed my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine, including two years of inter-professional mental-health focused internship.

Today, I’m focused on helping adults who are experiencing mental health concerns, like chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, in addition to providing adult autism and ADHD assessments. 

I’m here to collaborate with you, and provide information to help you better understand both your symptoms and available treatment options.
