Through compassionate and curious conversation, we will explore what troubles you and what gives you hope. While we will acknowledge the past and any traumas you may have experienced, our focus will be on how their legacy shows up in your life today. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, shame, low self-worth, loneliness, or relationship difficulties, our work together will focus on easing the weight of past pain and cultivating greater calm, connection, and meaning in your life.
I deeply love this work and consider it an honor to walk alongside people during difficult seasons. I believe healing is possible. Together, we will work toward helping you feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your relationships.
My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and narrative therapy. These approaches help us understand the different parts of your inner world, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and reshape the stories that may be keeping you stuck.
I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents (10+) from diverse backgrounds.
With couples, I provide relationship repair and reconnection work focused on improving communication, understanding the impact of trauma on relationships, and helping partners move from reactive patterns toward deeper empathy and collaboration. I also offer discernment counseling for couples who feel stuck between staying together and separating, helping partners thoughtfully decide their next steps.
In addition, I provide family reunification therapy, supporting families working to rebuild trust, repair attachment, and restore connection after periods of conflict or separation.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and have over 12 years of experience as a life and trauma recovery coach.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy reading, cooking, and spending time outdoors with my family. I am married and have one adult child.
