I enjoy working with couples, families, teens, and children from diverse backgrounds—especially those curious or conflicted about their identities or upbringing. My ideal clients seek a safe, compassionate space to explore parts of themselves that feel wounded, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They may struggle with expressing emotions or forming secure bonds. Together, we examine how unmet emotional needs and past patterns shape their relationships—helping them build deeper self-understanding, communicate more vulnerably, and form more authentic connections.
I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) within a systems lens to explore attachment, trauma, and identity. I offer a collaborative space where clients can understand their emotional patterns, heal inner wounds, and feel more secure—both in themselves and in their relationships.
As a queer biracial Asian American woman, I know how complex and powerful our identities can be. I offer a space rooted in empathy, curiosity, and courage where you can feel seen and supported. Whether you’re feeling stuck, searching for clarity, or ready to heal, I’d be honored to walk with you as you reclaim your voice and your story.
