Whether your child/teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, school stress, family changes, friendships, bullying, grief, behavioral challenges or low self-esteem, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where they can feel heard, understood and empowered. I also enjoy working with young adults navigating life transitions, relationships, college, career decisions and the challenges of finding balance. I value partnering with parents and caregivers because meaningful, lasting growth happens when we work together to support each child’s journey both inside and outside therapy.
I specialize in child and adolescent psychology and have more than 20 years of experience helping children, teens and families thrive. My work integrates play therapy, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. My background as a behavior therapist working with children on the autism spectrum also allows me to provide compassionate, individualized care for a wide range of emotional and developmental needs. I also have four children, giving me a compassionate understanding of day-to-day parenting challenges.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My warm, easygoing and client-centered approach focuses on meeting you where you are and creating realistic, meaningful goals that feel achievable. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop lasting skills, foster resilience and create a path toward healing, growth, and greater confidence.
