Through compassionate and curious conversation, we will explore what troubles you and what gives you hope. While we will acknowledge the past and any traumas you have experienced, our focus will be on how their legacy affects your life today. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-worth, shame, or loneliness, we will work together to release the weight of past pain and cultivate greater calm, ease, and connection in your life.
I deeply love my work and consider it an honor to support people through difficult times. I believe healing is possible, and together, we can move your life in meaningful directions and bring more joy to your relationship with yourself and others.
My approach is client centered and integrates Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Informed Therapy, somatic work, and Narrative Therapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, welcoming all backgrounds. I have completed a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from Capella University. I have been a life/trauma recovery coach for over 12 years. I am married with one adult child and enjoy reading, cooking, and being outdoors.
