My ideal client is a BIPOC individual (ages 10+) navigating identity, cultural
expectations, or the impact of past and ongoing experiences. They may feel
misunderstood, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are seeking a space where they can be seen and heard without judgment. While I center and affirm BIPOC experiences, I am open to working with anyone 10 and up seeking support. They may be processing trauma, struggling to express themselves, or needing that extra push to open up. Together, we engage in honest conversations that support healing, growth, and a stronger sense of self.
I offer a supportive, culturally responsive space where individuals (10+) can explore their experiences, identity, and emotions openly. Through honest dialogue, goal setting, and reflection, I help clients process trauma, build self-awareness, and move through healing in a way that feels intentional and manageable.
Opening up and facing change can feel uncomfortable, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own. You deserve a space where your experiences are respected
and your voice matters.
When you’re ready, we can move at your pace—creating room for reflection, growth, and meaningful change together.
