I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon, license #T1565, providing mental health services in Oregon since 2010. I provide in-person and virtual trauma-informed therapy, respecting diversity and multiculturalism.

My philosophy and approach towards treatment is person-centered, with the belief that each person has all the answers and the ability to solve their problems within themselves. I see my role as an assistant in reaching the best solution for each person’s unique situation. I view the individual as just a part of a much larger system, recognizing that all aspects of a person’s life must be factored into the solution.

I believe there must be a balance of body, mind, and soul healing for total wellness.

The modalities of treatment I typically engage for intervention:

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy
  • Mindfulness
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
