I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon and a psychology resident at Essentia Health, specializing in Behavioral Health and Health Psychology. I am currently in the final year of my Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology (healthcare emphasis) at Pace University.

My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing chronic pain, adjustment to medical diagnoses and chronic health conditions, and those seeking psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals navigate the complex intersection of physical and psychological health through integrative, trauma-informed, and person-centered approaches. My work is deeply grounded in the mind-body connection, exploring how psychological trauma, stress, and emotional experiences impact physical health and overall well-being.

I have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I find it deeply meaningful to support clients exploring identity, gender, and sexuality, as well as those processing experiences of trauma and discrimination. My therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and strengths.

Whether you are starting therapy for the first time or looking for a new therapist, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for individuals across the lifespan experiencing chronic health conditions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and identity-related concerns.
