Life is shaped by the rhythms we inherit, the relationships we build, and the experiences that transform us. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relational stress, life transitions, intergenerational trauma, and identity exploration. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by change, disconnected from who you are, or carrying stories that no longer feel like your own, I believe therapy offers a place to slow down, listen inwardly, and begin to find a rhythm that feels authentic to you.

Drawing from my experience in the healing arts and social justice, I support clients in honoring their history, navigating life’s challenges, and drawing on their resilience, with a particular focus on BIPOC and Asian American communities. I believe healing does not happen in isolation—it grows through trust, relationship, and deep respect for the cultural, social, and personal contexts that shape who we are.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your voice, embrace the fullness of your identity, and re-author the stories that no longer serve you. Together, we create space for new rhythms to emerge—ones grounded in resilience, possibility, and hope. My hope is that you’ll feel seen, supported, and empowered as we work toward meaningful change—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
