Hello, my name is Ramona Mason, I enjoy working with couples, families, teens, and children 5 and older from diverse backgrounds. Life can be demanding, sometimes it can feel overwhelming. We are; children, siblings, friends, parents, couples, and co-workers, while expected to balance the challenges of; school, sports, community engagements, work, and countless other duties. These many roles can put pressure on us and sometimes that can feel enormous. I acknowledge seeking counseling can sometimes be hard, I applaud your courage.
I aid in personal growth through care, understanding, and collaboration to bring about healing, resilience, and empowerment. I am here to provide client-centered, culturally informed care, as you explore your experiences and set goals that are important to you.
I am a Klamath, Paiute, and Western-Shoshone Indigenous woman. I approach therapy holistically with the belief that our body, mind, and spirit has to be in agreement for balance. I provide care with Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.
