Hi! I’m Marissa.

Sometimes figuring out who you are can be a little overwhelming. It’s a lot to navigate on your own, and you don’t have to have all the answers right now. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults who are ready to become the best versions of themselves but aren’t quite sure how to go about it.

In our time together, you can expect a space that is safe, supportive, and real. You don’t have to “perform” for me, just show up as you are. I’ll be in your corner to listen and share a laugh, but I’ll also give you a gentle nudge when I know you’re capable of more.

My strategy is to draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory. Using CBT, we’ll untangle how your thoughts and feelings are connected, swapping those “not good enough” narratives for ones that actually help you grow.Through Attachment Theory, we’ll look at how your history shaped you, focusing on the most important relationship of all: the one you have with yourself.

I know how scary the first step is—I’ve been there with my own anxiety. It takes a lot of courage to show up, but I promise to meet that courage with empathy, patience, and a lot of respect. You’re the expert on your life. I’m just here to help you find your voice. I want to support you in trusting your own voice and intuition. Using the tools we build together, I can help you turn “I don’t know what I’m doing” into “I’ve got this.”

I’m ready when you are.
