People come to therapy for many reasons—to navigate depression, complex trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, systemic barriers, or the everyday stressors of life. You may be searching for a stronger sense of identity, hoping to better understand yourself, or wanting to live more authentically and congruently with your values. Whether you’re an adult, teen, or child, therapy can provide a space to cultivate self-compassion, build confidence and resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

My approach is person-centered and collaborative, recognizing you as the expert in your own life. I will support and gently guide you at a pace that feels right for you. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed skills, I tailor therapy to your needs and goals while honoring your strengths and experiences.

Seeking support takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a Mexican American woman, I value the role that culture, identity, and lived experiences play in healing. I strive to practice with cultural humility, offering a compassionate, affirming space where you feel safe, heard, and respected. I welcome you to reach out when you feel ready.
